This magnificent 2 bedroom flat in a listed building is located in the centre of Paris near rue Montorgueil and rue Etienne Marcel, very lively shopping streets, known for their many cafés and restaurants, fashion and decoration shops. The flat is located near the Grands Boulevards. It is close to the most important places in Paris, such as the Grevin Museum, Place de l'Opéra and Galeries Lafayette.
Flat (59m2) of 2 bedrooms, which includes :
- Living room with a sofa bed, 1 dining table, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional company.

This flat is ideally located to enjoy a typical Parisian stay. You are in the middle of the famous Marais district, the Opéra Garnier and the Louvre Museum.
You will find the Musée des Arts et Métiers only 450m away, and you have many theatres close to the flat:
- Théatre de la Renaissance
- La Comédia Theatre
- Théâtre du Gymnase.
You are also 450m from the Grand Rex, one of the most beautiful cinemas in the capital, and 20 minutes walk from the Galeries Lafayette
For a more cultural visit you will find the National Library of France on rue de Richelieu, which houses prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Centre Pompidou recognizable by its outside stairs and its huge coloured pipes.
Metro station:
Réaumur Sébastopol: lines 3 and 4 (2 minutes on foot)
