Very nice apartment on the ground floor, located at the corner of the Rue de Bretagne, a very commercial street known for its many stores, bars and restaurants. It is a very lively area with the red children's market in front. There is the famous pastry shop Ladurée and other famous pastry shops a few meters away.
Between the famous Marais district and the Place de la République you will have the possibility in a few minutes on foot to discover two very different Parisian atmospheres
You will not know which to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous Picasso national museum.

Within a 2 minute walk, you will find the covered market of the Enfants Rouges located in Rue de Bretagne, which is a meeting place for Parisians. In order to taste the best falafels in Paris, head to one of the shops on Rue des Rosiers, such as L'As du Falafel, 900m away on foot.
For fashion lovers, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best shopping areas in Paris! Between the BHV Marais, the luxury boutiques and for the fans of vintage the thrift shops will delight you.
